Since 2015, we have been able to help dozens of impoverished people start and begin to grow their own businesses by teaching business principles based on Biblical values.
To break the cycle of poverty by transforming individuals spiritually and economically.
We partner with faith-based organizations, businesses, and government agencies to provide a “hand up” not a “hand out” to the poor using free market techniques built on biblical principles.
Business Education -
We train carefully screened candidates in the creation and market research of their unique business idea. This is followed by a rigorous 5-day program with over 30 exercises in pricing, costing, competitor evaluation, break-even, and cash flow techniques.
Business Plan Development -
Working with the individual trainees, we help them craft a simple, but comprehensive business plan that includes product or service description, startup costs, fixed costs, variable costs along with sales pricing and volume. This results in a pro forma profit and loss and cash flow.
Capital Formation -
Upon completion and review of the business plan, candidates are introduced to shared savings groups and/or loan providers for initial capitalization.
Coaching and Mentoring -
The "secret sauce" to our process is a two-year coaching program by a successful local business person. Meetings are held twice monthly to evaluate and encourage the fledgling entrepreneur both spiritually and economically.
