As a Senior Executive and Board of Directors member with a unique blend of Fortune 500 and small business hands-on experience, he has been the CEO of five companies including the Entrepreneur Academy. As a devoted Christ follower and advocate of free market business that integrates biblical principles, Jim is currently dedicated to helping those raised in poverty break the cycle through business education and starting their own businesses.

Since April of 2015, Henry has led the Philippines operations that has helped dozens of people with the startup and enhancement of their own businesses. He is also the senior pastor of God of Grace Christian Fellowship (GGCF). Henry has extensive work experience in sales management, operations management, training and development, and pastoral leadership. He has authored several books, is an avid reader, jogger, and blogger.

A graduate of Agricultural Economics and extension who had worked for the last 15 years in the agricultural finance sphere of agriculture with First Bank and Access Bank. He is the present MD/CEO of Agrikeys Services Limited. An agricultural finance consulting company. Married to Abigal and father to Tehilah, Beniah and Jethro. An associate of Christ Missionary outreach ministries and a faculty with the Journey Nigeria, a leadership training program of the Leadership Institute.

A business graduate with extensive experience in eCommerce, marketing, and ministry, having served with many Christian organizations in his home country Nicaragua and in Central America. He currently supports DBA International with website management, strategy and digital outreach. Married to Claudia and father to Mateo and Rebekah. A committed follower of Christ with a heart for leadership, mission work, and Kingdom impact.

An undergraduate student at Concordia University Irvine—a partner of DBA—with experience in marketing, finance, and accounting, ultimately pursuing a CFP certification. His role involves creating content, fostering engagement across various social media platforms, and writing success story testimonials for our entrepreneurs. Among his hobbies are hiking, reading, but most of all, he enjoys playing his violin in a Christian volunteer orchestra to the glory of God.
