Breaking the cycle of poverty by providing a "hand up," not a "hand out".

Many organizations are working on solutions for clean water, access to food and health care, human trafficking, orphans and education for children. But without access to employment, sadly, these solutions are short lived.

Economic sustainability comes through job formation. Unemployment rates in the developing world are staggering. To make it worse, if you grew up in poverty and managed to get an education, most employers won't let you in the door. Employers echo words like, "We gave you a pair of shoes, who are you to want a sport coat too?!"
